St. Thomas' is a parish church in Stockport, covering an area of about 5000 people. It was consecrated in 1825, and built in the neo-classical style. The building is home to a diverse Christian community, and stands as a reminder of Christ's presence and the Church's mission in Stockport.

St. Thomas' was built primarily to serve the needs of the local community, and it is this vision that continues today through worship, social events and community outreach.

The worship at St. Thomas' is in the Catholic tradition of the Church of England, and is both inclusive and varied. Most services include organ music and a choir. There are a number of groups and activities at the church catering to a wide variety of interests.
