Concerts / Venue hire The church is increasingly seeking ways in which the building can be utilised for the wider use of the community. Within the constraints of scheduled services, it is possible to hire St. Thomas' as a venue for concerts and recitals. The acoustics within the Church are superb and an ideal venue for music or performing arts. It is possible to seat almost 1000 people over two levels and there is a modern sound system in place, as well as refreshment facilities and ample parking. Seating in the church is fixed, but some areas of the church can be configured to fit a wide range of performances. A green room can additionally be made available for artists. The church is pleased to host concerts, school ceremonies, graduations, private performances and many other functions both small and large. |
