Children and young people Children and young people are valued members of our Christian community. St. Thomas' is particularly concerned with reaching out to young people to help them in their spiritual development. In addition to the church school, St. Thomas' also has growing links with Stockport College and the chaplaincy team there, just across the road from the church- click here for details. Children are very welcome in the church for worship and they have their own special illustrated service booklets to help them to follow the service. Throughout the year, there are special events particularly designed to help children and young people to explore themes such as justice, discipleship and the Christian faith itself. |
